We hired Colin to help us obtain a mortgage for our dream home. We were not completely aware of all the requirements we would need to fulfill, simply we new we had found the perfect place to raise our family. Our mortgage proved to be rather complicated, as my wife and I were both self employed, and to prevent having additional subjects on the purchase we chose to retain our current home as a rental.
